On Friday 18.09.2026 , we will spend the day with Jan Willem van de Sande, entrepreneur and partner at Powerplant, who has spent more than two decades helping organisations rethink workplace environments through the lens of hospitality, sustainability and user experience.
Together with the Powerplant team, we will participate in an interactive SWNXT workshop before visiting Nike’s European Headquarters in Hilversum to explore how one of the world's leading brands translates culture, wellbeing and hospitality into the workplace.
The day will focus on understanding the operating systems behind high-performing workplaces and identifying insights that can be transferred to future corporate hospitality and real estate projects.
